🧩 Responsibilities

• Support the Product Control Change Manager by delivering high-quality project analysis.
• Ensure all documentation aligns with the Business Transformation Framework (BTF).
• Collaborate with IT teams to assess estimates and ensure supporting documentation is clear and concise.
• Display strong knowledge of MSS products and systems, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Provide effective project support and ensure processes are clearly documented and handed over to the line teams.

🎓 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Control or adjacent functions (e.g., Traded Risk, Market Risk, Credit Risk).
• At least 8 years of total professional experience.
• Proven track record in leading or contributing to strategic change initiatives across geographies and seniority levels.
• Ability to design and implement appropriate project governance structures.
• Skilled in prioritizing conflicting requirements and engaging stakeholders effectively.
• Proactive in identifying bottlenecks, managing RAID logs, and escalating risks to minimize project derailment.
• Leadership aptitude with willingness to coach and guide junior business analysts.
