Python Division

We’re a community of about 30+ Software Engineers mainly located in Poland. We already know what it is to drive at F1 race 😉 Other industries we deal with are Marketing, Payments, Energy, AI, Medical/Science and some more. The terms AWS, GCP, microservices, FastAPI are not just a sound for our team and our experience proves it.

We expect candidates to be located in one of the following cities: Warsaw, Wroclaw, Lodz, Gdansk or Bialystok.

Opportunities

• Build brand-new POCs, MVPs to investigate new business directions
• Design microservices from scratch and lead the pods
• Participate in communication with client and discuss technical decisions

Responsibilities

• Write effective, scalable code according to Clean Code, DRY concepts and etc
• Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance
• Test and debug programs
• Improve functionality of existing systems
• Communicate with the team on a day-to-day basis
• Influence decisions and take the responsibility for the results

Requirements

Must have:

• Strong background in Python development, preferably with 4+ years of solid commercial development
• Solid understanding of DB design principles and querying
• Passion for clean code, peer reviews, and high code quality standards
• Experience with clouds (AWS preferably)
• Understanding of working in an agile environment
• Self-driven, comfortable with autonomy and open team cultures (trust > process)
• Good English communication skills, at least B2 level
• Readiness to work with Windows (WSL)

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with React + Typescript – the more commercial experience, the better
• Familiar with security standards
• NoSQL databases
• Expertise in CI/CD, Docker, SSR, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ
