✅ Responsibilities

• Support governance of third-party IT spend (approx. $3bn) through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement
• Collaborate with Technology and Procurement teams across multiple geographies and seniority levels
• Assist Cost Managers in optimizing IT’s use of third-party hardware, software, services, and resources
• Prepare and present complex data and insights to senior stakeholders using advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Contribute to the creation of Management Information (MI) related to contracts and third-party spend
• Promote a risk-aware culture and ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements
• Develop business cases and articulate financial and strategic benefits of change initiatives
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support commercial and operational goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and deliver customer-centric solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in data manipulation, reporting, and presentation
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work with diverse data sources and systems
• Creative problem-solving skills and process improvement mindset
• Understanding of Technology Cost Management and IT Contracts
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of IT supplier processes, technical platforms, and vendor management policies (preferred)
• Familiarity with global IT delivery models and operating structures
• Experience in cost optimization and commercial management programs
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and cultures
• Analytical mindset with the ability to resolve complex issues
