The principal responsibility of the Business Analyst is to understand and decipher the business requirements on assigned projects (sometimes multiple assignments) across a range of Infrastructure Portfolios to a level of detail that they can be developed or deployed against.

What you’ll do:

• Stakeholder engagement across teams to agree and document requirements for API integration
• Document technical processes, spot gaps and be able to gather information across multiple areas to ensure the documentation is consistent
• Document test cases
• Support migration planning and execution
• Work close with the delivery teams to monitor progress and provide clarifications

Requirements:

• Build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders
• Define project scope and process flows (current & target state)
• Support Target Operating Model (TOM) design
• Perform gap analysis & operational impact assessments
• Gather and document requirements (incl. facilitating & challenging)
• Create epics & user stories (BDD approach)
• Collaborate with architecture/dev teams for refinement
• Conduct options analysis & data mapping
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Contribute to operational design

Project Experience:

• Experience in Agile & full project lifecycle preferred
• Background in infrastructure or large, complex projects is a must
• IT Service Management certification is a plus
