Position overview

We are currently seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Owner to support a large-scale Tech Stack Modernization (TSM) program. This initiative focuses on transforming legacy systems, optimizing business processes, and building a future-ready technical infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of technical know-how, analytical mindset, and stakeholder engagement skills.

In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, playing a key part in shaping the technological future of a critical IT landscape.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis and documentation of technical requirements related to the TSM initiative
• Serve as a primary liaison between business units, IT architects, developers, and other stakeholders
• Support the evaluation, selection, and integration of modern technologies, platforms, and tools
• Perform technical validations by accessing system logs, servers, and infrastructure environments
• Develop technical concepts and clear documentation to support decision-making processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, DevOps, and cybersecurity units
• Translate complex business problems into actionable technical solutions and backlogs

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years preferred) as a Technical Business Analyst or Product Owner in large-scale or complex IT environments
• Deep understanding of application architecture, cloud technologies, and infrastructure components
• Hands-on ability to log into systems, analyze logs, and perform technical deep-dives when needed
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to ensure alignment across business and IT
• Native-level German and fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Strong documentation and presentation skills, especially for technical and decision-making materials
• Experience in modernization or digital transformation projects is a significant advantage
