As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects that focus on developing IT products to support Big Data, Generative AI initiatives across the company. This position requires a strategic mindset, project management skills, and the ability to inspire and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve defined goals and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

How you will get the job done

• defining clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business needs and technological advancements to ensure targeted outcomes
• collaborating with software engineers, AI/ML teams, and business stakeholders to drive effective project execution, with a focus on achieving key performance metrics
• tracking product release progress to the Senior Management, delivering reports and presentations
• developing and managing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery within scope and on budget, while maintaining a strong emphasis on performance and goal attainment
• overseeing compliance, security, and governance standards for project delivery, ensuring adherence to best practices throughout the project lifecycle to mitigate risks and enhance project performance
• monitoring of the project performance and key performance indicators, driving continuous improvements based on feedback and evolving requirements to enhance team effectiveness and project outcomes
