As part of our ongoing global expansion, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will support our sales efforts on international markets. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, initiating outreach, and setting the foundation for strong client relationships. You will work closely with the sales team to build a healthy pipeline and contribute to our growth by understanding market needs and connecting with the right decision-makers.

Your responsibilities

Responsibilites: Researching Target Accounts, potential customer companies, identifying key decision-makers, and understanding their needs. Building/managing lists of potential customers, gathering contact information and relevant data. Cold Outreach - initiating contact with prospects through various channels, including Cold calling, social selling, and cold emailing Qualifying Leads based on predefined criteria to determine whether a prospect is a good candidate for the sales team to pursue further. Scheduling initial meetings or calls between qualified leads and the sales team Identifying Needs to understand the prospect's challenges and requirements, determining if the company's products or services can provide a solution Basic operational tasks support Participation in internal trainings Reporting activities in CRM (HubSpot) Executing internal procedures and work standards

Our requirements

Strong communication skills and confidence in client interactions Ability to manage the initial contact stage and qualify a client Results-oriented mindset and focus on achieving sales targets Experience in direct client interaction Strong ethics, work organization and efficient execution of routine operational tasks, Reliability in adhering to company procedures and regular reporting to superiors Fluent command of English (C1+) Ability to work in US timezones from 8 AM - 4 PM (EST,CST, MST,PST)
