• 10+ years experience in AML and KYC domain
• Deep understanding of financial crime regulations, organizational risk appetite, and ability to develop effective Risk-Based Approach (RBA) and treatment strategies
• Experience leading design teams or managing projects to design KYC controls, processes, and solutions
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to win support and influence decisions
• Demonstrable experience in driving projects, monitoring progress, managing risks issue an dependencies
• Strong understanding of solution development lifecycle
• Well-organized with passion to follow products from business definition to value delivery
• Leadership skills with a strong "get things done" attitude
• Ability to embrace design thinking and create innovative solutions
• Fluency in English (speaking and writing)

Your responsibilities

• Be part of a large transformation programme delivering the Group KYC Tool, an enterprise wide solution.
• Operating within a team to design process, rules, solution options and driving outcomes.
• Drive capabilities design with team members and stakeholders through prototyping, bringing your knowledge and experience as the key tool.
• Guide and support detailed requirements teams on capability context and solutioning decisions to help create string specs for development.
• Engage with stakeholders to provide clear context, planning, and approach capability design
• Collaborate with Design Function Lead and other designers to maximise efficient and joined up solutioning
• Formulate pragmatic options to achieve outcomes within tight timelines.
