Several years of experience in roles related to developer community management, internal communications, developer experience, or technical enablement, ideally in collaboration with engineering teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear and engaging way
Strong organizational skills and confidence in coordinating cross-team initiatives across multiple stakeholders and locations
Solid understanding of modern engineering workflows and tools such as GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, or cloud platforms
A passion for improving developer experience and building communities that foster learning, collaboration, and shared growth

Experience with internal developer platforms (IDP), DevOps cultures, software development lifecycle (SDLC), or change management
Interest or experience in GenAI tools to support content automation or developer enablement
Your responsibilities
Build and grow the internal developer community by promoting knowledge sharing, collaboration, and engagement around platform tools and best practices
Act as the developer’s advocate — collect feedback, identify challenges, and work with product and engineering teams to continuously improve internal tools
Create clear and useful internal content, such as onboarding guides, product updates, documentation, and newsletters, to support knowledge flow
Organize and host internal tech events — including demos, workshops, office hours, and knowledge-sharing sessions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Product, Enablement) to support the adoption of internal APIs and platform solutions
Track developer engagement and satisfaction, using insights to enhance communication and support initiatives
Moderate internal collaboration channels (Slack, Confluence, forums) to encourage participation and build community involvement
