Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and Copilot Studio.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in business process transformation.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
Optional
Proven experience of at least 6 years in process optimization and automation, preferably within financial services or merchant operations.
Hands-on experience deploying AI copilots or virtual agents in operational environments.
Ability to work across global teams and influence without authority.
Experience of working in agile delivery environments.
Your responsibilities
Lead the identification, design, pilot and implementation of AI-driven low code / no-code process improvements using proven toolkits like Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio.
Partner with business and technology teams to reimagine an design end to end process workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance decision-making through intelligent automation/AI solutions.
Translate operational pain points into automation opportunities, building low-code/no-code solutions that are robust, secure, and scalable.
Champion the adoption of AI toolkits across operational teams, including training, change management, and feedback loops.
Monitor and measure the impact of automation initiatives, using data to refine and optimize continuously.
Stay current with emerging trends in AI, automation, and digital operations to inform strategy and execution.
