  • Proven experience in a similar Service Desk or IT support management role
  • Previous experience as a team leader or people manager
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and motivate across cultures
  • Fluent in English - written and spoken

Your responsibilities

  • Act as the owner of the Service Desk, ensuring it operates as a single point of contact for IT support across the whole company
  • Drive a knowledge-focused organization, improving documentation and self-service
  • Improve first-level resolution rates, enabling faster and more effective support
  • Support employee development, coaching and mentoring the team to grow in competence and confidence
  • Take ownership of our Major Incident Process, ensuring structure and communication during critical situations
