  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related fields.
  • 7+ years in digital transformation, innovation, or digital capability roles.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0, digital tools (RPA, AI, cloud, analytics), and IT platforms (ERP, MES).
  • Strong background in training and knowledge management tools.
  • Project management expertise: agile, hybrid, or waterfall.
  • Familiarity with collaborative tools: MS Project, Jira, etc.
  • Strategic Thinking – Ability to develop and scale digital capability frameworks.
  • Facilitation – Strong skills in conducting workshops and coaching sessions.
  • Innovative Mindset – Passion for building a culture of experimentation and learning.
  • Structured & Analytical – Can create repeatable, measurable digital solutions.

Your responsibilities

Strategy Development & Implementation

Define and execute the strategy for the Digital Competence Community together with Digital Champions. Align with the Business Relationship Manager on digital transformation program in Europe. Coordinate and ensure prioritization of resources for digitization projects with IT BRMs, Regional Team and PMO of assigned members through the Digital Divisional Council.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Support Digital Competence Community with frameworks and IT platforms in accordance with Enterprise Architecture direction. Facilitate knowledge sharing and digital enablement across teams. Make sure that all the digital projects are aligned with the IT Risk, Security and Compliance requirements.

Project & Portfolio Support

Provide support to Digital Champions on digital initiatives. Maintain a portfolio of digital tools, methodologies, and use cases. Track and report Digital Competence Community contributions to key business metrics. Share updates on regular basis to BRM / Digital Divisional Council.

Training & Capability Building

Align with the Digital Champions on digital skills matrix. Organize workshops, hackathons, and innovation events to track the status on digital skills upskilling programs. Collaborate with Digital Skills Manager and HR to deliver digital upskilling programs.

Technology Leadership

Align on digital teams/ citizen developers recommended IT platform to work with depending on their skills. Promote reusability and scaling of proven digital solutions across sites.
