Our requirements

• Programming skills required. Experience in R programming (tidyverse) are a strong advantage (the team develops and maintains modelling libraries in R)
• Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent in finance, statistics, economics, mathematics or similar discipline
• At least C1 English level communication skills (international team)
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Strong computer skills (we work with R, python, git, SQL and various IT systems)
• Able to complete projects in a fast-paced environment with hard deadlines
• Experience in banking or investment industry are a plus

Your responsibilities

• Motivating role at the intersection of finance, statistics and computer science
• Identifying, quantifying, and analyzing risks and uncertainties on all levels, for acquired portfolios and new investments
• Building statistical models and libraries using R to improve the analysis pipeline
• Data analysis and forecasting with challenging granular datasets
• Cooperation with investments teams across all Intrum Group geographies
