Our requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role
• Proven knowledge of designing Grafana dashboards and integrating them with backend data sources
• Strong proficiency in Python for ETL and data pipeline development
• Deep understanding of data aggregation, transformation, and validation techniques
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL: schema modelling, query optimization, and performance tuning
• Previous Integrating data workflows into CI/CD pipelines for embedded systems
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required

Your responsibilities

• Implement Grafana dashboards for large-scale, multi-user environments
• Oversee ETL/data pipelines using Python
• Integrate data solutions with CI/CD pipelines and embedded SDLC workflows
• Collaborate with engineering teams to align visualizations with business needs
• Evaluate and redesign existing dashboards for improved usability and performance
• Ensure data integrity through robust aggregation, transformation, and validation patterns
