Our requirements

• 3 years of professional experience in supporting cloud-based procurement solutions such as Ivalua (preferred), Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, or similar platforms;
• strong understanding of procurement processes;
• proficiency in either German or English, with excellent communication skills;
• a university degree in a relevant field.

Optional

• willingness to develop and expand expertise in new solutions supporting logistics processes;
• practical experience in logistics, particularly in purchasing.

Your responsibilities

• analyzing business cases from an IT perspective and preparing project studies;
• modeling and configuring the Ivalua platform based on customer requirements, including the creation of standard and custom interfaces;
• providing expert consulting to clients on the Ivalua eProcurement Cloud Solution;
• preparing essential project documentation, including solution designs, business processes, and developer specifications;
• maintaining regular communication and collaboration with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
