Fluent Polish and English language - to manage local team and contact with clients
Technical background - understanding architecture, SDK modules to freely discuss about application testing and delivery process with both development team and clients; previous experience with programming would be an asset
Team management experience - managing team size changes, onboarding of new team members, manage the communication between different work streams inside the team
Experience with security certification processes is preferable
Ability to find yourself well in international environment, working with various cultures specifics

Represent the team in meetings with stakeholders and contribute to important decisions.
