Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on ITSM and digital transformation projects
In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its modules
ServiceNow-related, PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or equivalent project management certificates
Proficiency in English
Experience in the field of designing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytics leveraging ServiceNow Performance analytics, CMDB or ITSM
Willingness to travel to Hamburg, each week
Residing in Poland required

Your responsibilities
Lead the further roll-out of ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB projects
Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and customer service departments, to ensure timely and effective project delivery
Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other systems such as Azure DevOps and Microsoft Teams
Ensure the continuous development and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, addressing incidents, requests, and routine system maintenance activities
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and business continuity
Engage with key stakeholders, including CIO, Head of Group IT, and other senior executives, to align project goals with business objectives
Oversee projects and managed services fulfilled by external vendors, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and delivery
