Your responsibilities
Support the Product Owner in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Governance including.
Ongoing review and refinement of CMDB processes and policies to support alignment to the agreed data models and CSDM strategy.
Enforcement of data quality standards in support of CMDB health metrics.
Support strategic needs of CMDB including.
Management of CI Classes, including implementation of CI Policies to enforce data completeness and correctness.
An understanding of how to evolve CMDB using the Common Service Data Model to support strategic needs.
Engaging with strategic projects to ensure CMDB can deliver the required functionality within agreed timeframes.
Provide training and mentoring around CMDB when required.
