Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in email security, cybersecurity, or a related field.
Strong understanding of email security protocols and technologies, such as SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email encryption.
Experience with email security tools and platforms, such as Abnormal, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, etc.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Familiarity with DevOps and GitOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Your responsibilities
Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of email security tools to protect against phishing, spam, malware, and other email-borne threats.
Collaborate with the security operations team to analyze email security incidents and implement preventive measures.
Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline email security operations using DevOps and GitOps practices.
Assist in the management and enhancement of other endpoint and telemetry security platforms.
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate email security solutions with other security and IT systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest email security threats, trends, and technologies to ensure Aon's defenses remain robust.
Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders regarding email security best practices.
