Our requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience building and deploying complex, production-grade software systems
• Proficient in backend technologies (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js) and frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, Spring Boot)
• Skilled in frontend frameworks such as React or Angular
• Strong background in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Proven expertise with AWS and scalable cloud-based architectures
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
• Residing in Poland required

Your responsibilities

• Take ownership of designing and developing reliable, scalable software solutions that incorporate machine learning models
• Work closely with data scientists and ML engineers to transform experimental prototypes into fully operational, production-grade systems
• Contribute to key architectural decisions, infrastructure planning, and the selection and implementation of development tools
• Assist in building and maintaining cloud-native environments and solutions on AWS
• Apply industry best practices for automated testing, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), and system observability
• Develop and sustain backend infrastructures and user-facing applications with a strong focus on performance, security, and maintainability
