Our requirements

  • expertise in Teamcenter maintenance and support;
  • strong experience with Teamcenter integrations and Active Workspace;
  • bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • experience in Teamcenter PLM (preferably with a focus on Quality Management);
  • familiarity with ITIL frameworks and related certifications;
  • excellent analytical skills and communication abilities;
  • proficiency in English.

Optional

Teamcenter Administration/Configuration experience;

experience with ITSM tools.

Your responsibilities

  • apply ITIL processes and manage ITSM tools (e.g., Clarity, JIRA) for Incident, Change, and Release Management;
  • maintain and integrate Teamcenter implementations, including installations and configurations;
  • address customer queries and enhancement requests, ensuring product support;
  • serve as a technical and functional expert in PLM and Teamcenter Quality modules;
  • develop and maintain user documentation and technical guides.
