Our requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• At least 2 years of practical experience in project management, with working knowledge of both Agile and traditional (Waterfall) delivery approaches
• Previous work in large, international organizations
• Experience in financial services, banking, or other regulated industries
• Project Management certifications such as PSM I, PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Agile
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS Project
• Experience using project and delivery tools like Jira, Confluence, Clarity, PlanView, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Tableau
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Optional

• Familiarity with organizational change management will be an advantage

Your responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a project workstream or a small-scale initiative using internal change management frameworks
• Coordinate daily activities with business leads and cross-functional teams
• Ensure all required approvals are obtained (e.g., compliance, risk, vendor onboarding, cloud governance)
• Support the Program or Project Manager in managing stakeholder relationships and expectations
• Organize and facilitate project meetings and agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning)
• Report project status, risks, and key updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Track project progress, manage dependencies, and ensure lifecycle compliance
• Support the creation and maintenance of core project documents and reports
• Assist with budgeting, financial tracking, and alignment to the business case
• Monitor and escalate risks, blockers, and issues to the appropriate forums
• Collaborate with governance bodies to ensure compliance with data privacy, cloud policies, and third-party risk protocols
• Maintain accurate and audit-ready project documentation
• Use Agile and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Clarity, MS Project) to manage workflows and reporting
• Track project metrics and contribute to lessons learned at closure
