Employer requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, endpoint management or Microsoft 365 administration.
• Deep expertise in at least one of the following domains: Windows Server and virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), Azure Cloud services, Intune/Autopilot endpoint lifecycle management, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online or Teams administration
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise backup tools and disaster‑recovery practices.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting; familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform or Azure Automation.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs) and security best practices.
• Fluent in English; Polish is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Self‑starter who thrives both independently and in cross‑functional teams

Your responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain on‑premises and cloud server environments (Windows Server, VMware/Hyper‑V, Azure).
• Administer and evolve Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy Objects and Entra ID with Conditional Access policies.
• Configure and manage endpoint provisioning (Windows 10/11, macOS) using Intune, Autopilot and related tools.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online (transport rules, hybrid), SharePoint Online, and Teams (including optional Teams Telephony, Direct Routing, CTI/IVR).
• Plan, implement and test backup and disaster‑recovery solutions (Veeam, Commvault, Azure Backup) and maintain BCP/DR documentation.
• Automate IT and business workflows using PowerShell, Azure Automation and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Implement and enforce security policies (Exchange Online Protection, DLP, Microsoft Information Protection); monitor compliance and produce reports.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams across Europe; participate in migrations, optimizations and international projects.
