Our requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Product Owner (preferred), Software Project Manager, or Business Analyst
• Proven background in e-commerce projects – this is a must-have
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM) and the software development lifecycle
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) at B2/C1 level or higher
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required

Your responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product roadmaps and backlogs, ensuring e-commerce solutions deliver measurable business value
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and international stakeholders to refine requirements and drive alignment
• Create and manage user stories, business cases, and feature definitions that translate strategic goals into actionable work
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, promote effective decision-making, and support iterative delivery cycles
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring solutions address business needs while maintaining technical feasibility
