Our requirements

• Proven experience with technical support, preferably for enterprise customers
• Basic development skills in TypeScript and React
• Familiarity with backstage.io (enterprise version preferred)
• Excellent soft skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Strong problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting skills
• Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken
• Experience supporting clients via email, chat, and phone
• Experience with support portals (e.g., HubSpot) is an advantage

Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, assisting customers through email, chat, and phone interactions, and ensuring timely and effective resolution within defined service level agreements (SLAs).

You will interact directly with clients through the HubSpot support portal, maintain clear communication, and offer guidance on technical matters related to TypeScript, React, and backstage.io.

Your daily responsibilities will include diagnosing problems, collaborating with internal teams as needed, documenting solutions, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
