Our requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems, preferably with ITSM
  • Fluency in Dutch and English to effectively support users and communicate with international teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues
  • Residing in Poland required

Your responsibilities

  • Provide support by answering calls from end users and registering service requests
  • Troubleshoot and resolve service requests efficiently and professionally
  • Transfer service requests to relevant support teams, ensuring proper tracking and follow-up
  • Communicate directly with users and customers from Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark via phone and email
  • Work in accordance with ITIL standards and DSC best practices
