Our requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
• Willingness to grow in ServiceNow administration – we offer internal training and development opportunities
• Ability to find and interpret information from technical documentation and internal portals
• Interest in risk and compliance topics (GRC/IRM) – prior experience is a plus
• Proactive, responsible approach and eagerness to take ownership of your role
• Good command of English, enabling effective and confident communication
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required

Your responsibilities

• Provide user support by guiding employees through the ServiceNow platform, with a particular focus on the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module, including identifying relevant reports, dashboards, and knowledge base articles
• Handle and resolve basic user tickets and system-related issues, ensuring timely and effective support
• Manage user access by maintaining accounts and permissions in compliance with internal policies and security standards
• Monitor the overall health and performance of the ServiceNow platform and perform basic configuration changes as necessary to ensure system stability and efficiency
• Support the IRM function by assisting with the monitoring of risk and compliance metrics, helping automate risk-related processes, and collaborating closely with risk analysts to enhance operational effectiveness
