• Professional experience with SAP SuccessFactors System
• Professional experience or academic understanding HR information systems
• Professional experience in project management
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach and learn quickly
• A deep understanding of managing customer expectations, feedback, and escalations
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Goal-oriented, ability to work with KPI’s
• Communicative spoken and written Polish C1 and English C1

Optional

• Familiarity with TETA HRM
• Professional experience in working with production plants
• Experience in setting up a Sharepoint structure

Your responsibilities

• Maintain SAP SuccessFactors System – analysis and resolution of user problems, escalation and cooperation with external consultants if necessary
• Managing the modification of the System modules in accordance with business requirements and implementing dedicated solutions.
• Creating and conducting trainings for all corporate users, write manuals and instructions
• Cooperation with HR and IT departments
