Our requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in manual software testing, ideally in data-focused or ETL environments
• Strong motivation to continue developing within the manual testing path
• Solid understanding of ETL processes, data pipelines, and data validation techniques
• Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries to verify data accuracy and transformations
• Familiarity with test design techniques, defect tracking tools, and test documentation standards
• Strong analytical thinking and a keen eye for detail
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required

Optional

• Experience with BI tools, cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), or data quality frameworks
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or TestRail

Your responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of ETL processes, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and completeness
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements
• Validate source-to-target data mappings and transformations
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and other testers to investigate issues and clarify requirements
• Identify and document defects, and support teams in root cause analysis
• Participate in regression, integration, and system testing phases
• Contribute to test planning and estimation activities
