Our requirements

• Relevant experience in a similar, compliance-related role within an IT organization
• Advanced knowledge of ISO standards, TISAX and GDPR requirements
• Internal auditor experience (certified for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2023)
• Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Well-organized, systematic, and detail-oriented
• Proficient in data collection, analysis, and presentation
• Professionally fluent in English and comfortable using it in daily work
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team

Optional

• Knowledge of TISAX VDA 6.0

Your responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate company-wide compliance activities to ensure ongoing adherence to regulatory and internal standards
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure procedures are followed and well-documented
• Maintain Integrated Management System documentation in accordance with relevant ISO standards, TISAX and GDPR requirements
• Prepare and deliver internal trainings to ensure IMS awareness amongst all employees
• Support teams and projects in fulfilling IMS requirements
• Propose new ideas for improvements to enhance the effectiveness of the IMS and collaborate with process owners to drive their implementation
• Plan and conduct internal audits in line with ISO and TISAX requirements
• Coordinate and support external audit processes
