5+ years of experience working with and developing the ServiceNow platform
Solid understanding of the ITIL framework and familiarity with Agile ways of working (SAFe)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (minimum requirement)
Strong business acumen and thorough understanding of business processes
Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to thrive in a global environment
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a broad overview
Strong communicator with a focus on building positive relationships
Persistent, diplomatic, and comfortable challenging the status quo when needed
Your responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Agile Release Train by participating in PI Plannings and Agile ceremonies, and contribute to business roadmaps by keeping stakeholders informed about upcoming releases and new features
Mentor colleagues on technical aspects of the ServiceNow platform and support training and tool enablement in collaboration with specialists
Build strong relationships with both customers and vendors to understand their needs and ensure solutions are aligned accordingly
Work in close partnership with other departments to promote alignment, knowledge sharing, and adherence to best practices for solution maintenance
Drive continuous improvement in architecture and support process optimization within the area
