Degree in Mathematics, Statistics , Business, Economics, Computer Science or Information Technology,
Min 2-3 years of relevant work experience in analytics/data analysis, business intelligence or related field,
Previous experience in the consumer product industry as a plus,
Advanced in Excel, PowerPoint, etc.,
Good understanding of Power BI and database management/SQL,
Knowledge of Python , Pyspark, CSV as an asset,
Advanced in statistical analysis and data visualization techniques,
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality,
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking,
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively work with both business and technical teams,
Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment,
Strong drive and initiative-taking attitude towards achieving results,

Your responsibilities
Conduct data driven analyses and foster category excellence to support local teams in generating insights and interpretation needs (reported in PowerBI; PPT & XLS),
Conduct comprehensive data cleansing/processing/mapping/aggregation/enrichment to enable reporting and complex analysis preparation,
Manage diverse datasets from multiple sources; implement visual enhancements,
Conduct ad hoc analyses and custom reports to address business problems and support decision making processes,
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies,
Implement best practices for data governance, ensure upmost end-to-end data quality along defined gates and track quality with defined standards and KPIs,
Ensure all data handling is executed with precision,
Identify opportunities to automate data processes and workflows,
Collaborate with international teams to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
