Our requirements

• You have a completed degree as well as several years of professional experience in project management and corporate innovation.
• You are enthusiastic about developing innovative business models, products, or services in the technology and food sectors, as well as working in interdisciplinary teams.
• You bring solid knowledge in marketing, corporate innovation, and the use of agile project management methods.
• You feel comfortable in the AI world to continuously identify optimization potentials for the inno process.
• Due to your reliable and inspiring personality, you find it easy to involve people even in changing situations and to implement changes.
• You have very good Polish and English language skills, both written and spoken, German is a plus

Your responsibilities

• Leading innovation projects in a goal-oriented manner and sharing expertise in methodical approaches to idea and innovation development.
• Identification and promotion of AI technologies within innovation processes to ensure effective integration of emerging AI tools and trends, enhancing ideation, prototyping, and data-driven decision-making.
• Conducting workshops and delivering training sessions focused on Business Model Canvas, Design Thinking, Business Prototyping, and other agile project management methodologies.
• Close collaboration with key departments such as digitalization, brand management, and market strategy to ensure alignment and synergy in innovation initiatives.
