Our requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, business informatics, or comparable
• You have professional experience as a buyer or in process management and already have initial project management experience from the agile and classic environment
• You have in-depth knowledge of the SAP MM module in ECC 6.0 and ideally S/4 HANA; Knowledge of SAP FI/CO is an advantage
• You have a strong analytical and strategic or networked way of thinking and quickly recognize process-related relationships
• You have a high degree of initiative, flexibility and goal-oriented work and enjoy taking on responsibility
• You always want to develop yourself and are an enthusiastic team player
• Convincing communication skills and presentation skills as well as very good English skills (min. C1) round off your profile. Knowledge of German is an advantage

Your responsibilities

• You coordinate and/or accompany process optimization projects in MAN Procurement; this includes technical, systemic and organizational development with a focus on SAP solutions
• Together with your colleagues, you will develop methods, tools, internal company standards and trainings
• You will be the central contact person for questions about selected operational system processes, including 1st/2nd level support and authorization assignment (SAP, Sharepoint, file server)
• You will coordinate interface processes with other MAN departments, MAN IT and other VW and/or TRATON Group brands
• You are the central contact person in procurement for general changes to the IT infrastructure
