• University degree in computer science or related fields.
• Hight level communication in English both spoken and written.
• Experience in ERP system administration, implementation and development.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. windows D365) and BI tools ( Power BI, data warehouses) including data integration and quality improvement.
• Strong SQL skills, including query optimization and data analysis.
• Programing skills related to ERP, ABAP, NET, PL/SQL, C++, Java, Phyton.
• Experience with AI-based solutions (development and maintenance) is an advantage.
• Service minded, good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Your responsibilities

ERP:

End-to-end management of the ERP systems, development, integration, system maintenance, administration, upgrading and first level of support for key users. On sight implementation of ERP system.

Business Intelligence:

Maintenance and administration of the BI environment, including data warehouses and Power BI report development (project-based). Collaboration with external consultants in the BI area.

CRM:

Maintenance and administration of the CRM system. Coordination of cooperation with external consultants in this area.

Other:

Execution of tasks typical for an IT department. Ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations. Maintaining high standards of quality, confidentiality, and timeliness.
