Our requirements

• Experienced in one or more of the following roles: Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, Technical Writer, or Systems Administrator.
• Familiar with XML, DITA, databases, APIs, client-server applications, content management systems (CMS), and CSS.
• Knowledge of Tridion Docs or another Component Content Management System (CCMS) for structured XML content is an asset.
• Skilled in business process modeling with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Comfortable working within Agile development frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban (asset).
• Hands-on experience with tools such as: Monday.com or other workforce management (WFM) platforms; Make.com, Microsoft Power Automate, or Power Apps (asset)
• Fluent in English

Your responsibilities

• Co-ownership of several internal applications, publishing, and translation pipelines within D&S.
• Support daily business operations by troubleshooting systems, supporting users, participating in meetings with vendors or developers, and driving the agile development process.
• Serve as an SME in joint projects with other IT functions to develop systems operations and capabilities.
• Co-own stylesheets, localization, and translation pipelines within the Tridion Docs CMS application.
• Drive the self-learning and technical understanding of the content solutions used in Electrolux and in industry in general.
