Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency, usability and brand alignment
Create wireframes, prototypes and user flows to communicate design ideas and validate concepts
Collaborate closely with external developers, internal content creators and marketing teams to bring designs to life
Contribute to and maintain design systems, and component libraries
Conduct or support user research, persona development and customer journey mapping
Use data and user behavior insights to inform design decisions and optimize user flows
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and design reviews
Ensure accessibility and localization best practices are embedded in all design work
Champion user-centred design thinking across the organization
Develop web design guidelines
Produce digital graphic design: from UI visual design to marketing assets
Our requirements
You have a degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design and digital graphic design, preferably in a B2B or enterprise environment
You have a very good proficiency in: Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Animate, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop
You have a strong portfolio showcasing responsive web and mobile design, user flows, and prototypes
You excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers marketers and product owners, and thrive in agile or scrum environments
You have a solid understanding of user-centered design, accessibility standards, and localization needs
You are confident in journey mapping, persona development, and scenario planning
You are highly organized with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
You have at least C1 level of English proficiency (verbal and written) and preferably at least C1 level of Polish proficiency (considered as an asset) to ensure effective communication and collaboration with global stakeholders, team and partners, as well as great interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
