Our requirements

  • Proven experience in a QA Lead or Senior QA role within a technology or financial services environment.
  • Hands-on experience with functional and automation testing, including use of Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit.
  • Good programming knowledge in Java or Python.
  • Experience working with REST APIs and databases using SQL.
  • Understanding of Business Driven Development (BDD) principles.
  • Ability to produce and interpret Management Information (MI) and quality metrics.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Experience managing or participating in internal/external audits.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive approach to identifying risks, ensuring compliance, and maintaining service integrity.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead quality assurance efforts across multiple projects to ensure high standards of delivery.
  • Define, produce, analyse, and interpret Management Information (MI) reports for project and process improvement.
  • Maintain strict adherence to audit and compliance requirements.
  • Manage quality checks to ensure all outputs meet defined standards.
  • Complete operational data inputs (e.g. timesheets, leave requests) in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identify and address potential risks, market misconduct, and conflicts of interest.
  • Support business continuity by managing ad-hoc stakeholder requests, performing root cause analysis, and preparing impact assessments in case of service disruptions.
  • Conduct End of Day (EOD) checks, maintain accurate records, and ensure operational risk assessments are up to date.
  • Actively participate in governance and ensure internal control standards are upheld.
  • Regularly review, update and improve process documentation and procedures.
  • Foster a high-quality service culture with a focus on customer-centricity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to team development through mentorship, coaching, and soft skills training.
  • Participate in the development of a cohesive, supportive, and people-focused work environment.
  • Maintain professional relationships across departments to promote service improvements.
