Our requirements
At least 2 years of experience as a developer in projects based on Salesforce
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, mathematics, or equivalent degree
English at fluent level and Polish (nice to have)
Good knowledge of the Salesforce Platform, particularly Sales and Service Clouds
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and JavaScript
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach. Not afraid to speak to a bigger audience
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, and System Architect will be considered an advantage.
A natural communicator who knows how to translate between business requests into technical requirements
Experience in leading projects is highly desirable
Eager to pick up new tools and do the necessary research to master them
Your responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Solution Managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud that meet business needs
Configure and customize the Salesforce platform to meet project requirements. This includes creating custom objects, fields, formulas, workflows, flows, and validation rules
Oversee data quality and integrity within Salesforce, including data imports, exports, and updates. Develop and maintain data management practices and documentation.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users. Address and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
Work in tandem with key business users and IT to understand requirements, provide solutions, and ensure successful implementation
Provide functional specifications including user stories and solution description including process flows, page layouts, custom fields, validation rules, workflow rules, flows, or Apex triggers
Provide test cases and its documentation listing all test cases, including the objective, steps to execute, expected results, and actual results
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce features, best practices, and development techniques to drive continuous improvement
Generates reports detailing development progress, KPIs, and other relevant data
