Our requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a developer in projects based on Salesforce
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, mathematics, or equivalent degree
  • English at fluent level and Polish (nice to have)
  • Good knowledge of the Salesforce Platform, particularly Sales and Service Clouds
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach. Not afraid to speak to a bigger audience
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, and System Architect will be considered an advantage.
  • A natural communicator who knows how to translate between business requests into technical requirements
  • Experience in leading projects is highly desirable
  • Eager to pick up new tools and do the necessary research to master them

Your responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Solution Managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud that meet business needs
  • Configure and customize the Salesforce platform to meet project requirements. This includes creating custom objects, fields, formulas, workflows, flows, and validation rules
  • Oversee data quality and integrity within Salesforce, including data imports, exports, and updates. Develop and maintain data management practices and documentation.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users. Address and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Work in tandem with key business users and IT to understand requirements, provide solutions, and ensure successful implementation
  • Provide functional specifications including user stories and solution description including process flows, page layouts, custom fields, validation rules, workflow rules, flows, or Apex triggers
  • Provide test cases and its documentation listing all test cases, including the objective, steps to execute, expected results, and actual results
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce features, best practices, and development techniques to drive continuous improvement
  • Generates reports detailing development progress, KPIs, and other relevant data
