• Graduated or on the final stage of relevant studies in the field of IT-related technologies
• Knowledge of Active directory, End-user support, server operations and networks
• Active team player and ability to learn new technologies, processes and products
• Good english language skills
• Hands on attitude and willing to work in a global environment

Your responsibilities

• Managing and assisting with various day to day IT tasks
• End-user support globally using remote tools like Teams and Teamviewer
• Onsite IT support functions
• Service ticket solving in Jira
• Microsoft Azure Active Directory O365 services: Sharepoint / Teams / Microsoft Collaboration platforms
• Microsoft Intune device management
