Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/Business, Sales, or E-commerce
3–5 years of experience in business analysis ora similar role in a commercial organization
Experience in requirements analysis, modelling, and methodology development
Understanding of Data Engineering and BI technologies
Proven track record in delivering projects and achieving results
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Agile mindset and ability to work independently and in teams
Willingness to travel
Fluent Polish required
Residing in Poland required
Your responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders and global/central teams (IT&D, Sales, Marketing, D&A) to develop analytics best practices and deliver the omnichannel roadmap (IT&D model ACAP/ADAN)
Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance to support growth and maximise return on investment
Plan, manage, and execute regional and country analytics products
Identify and deliver value-added initiatives across markets
Provide training and continuous improvement programmes to ensure product adoption
Collaborate with product managers and tech leads to deliver via Scrum methodology
Conduct business analysis, define requirements, and deliver insights to drive change
Manage roadmap, backlog, and adoption, resolving risks or blockers
