Our requirements

• University degree,
• 3+ years of experience in Payroll Operations,
• Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written,
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors,
• Familiarity with the Workday system,
• Analytical skills, attention to details, energetic and proactive approach to achieving goals, team working skills, good work organization.

Optional

• Prior technical experience in payroll operations,
• Knowledge of German payroll systems,
• Proficiency in German language.

Your responsibilities

• Play a critical role in change management, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of SAP Payroll systems,
• Support the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees across multiple jurisdictions,
• Effectively communicate with clients to ensure smooth operations and address any issues,
• Follow all applicable client and regulatory requirements for data protection and compliance,
• Identify, design, and execute continuous improvement activities.
