• Over 5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science roles, specializing in transforming commercial data into actionable growth strategies.
• Proficient in SQL; knowledge of a scripting language such as Python or R is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience working with large datasets from systems such as CRM, ERP, marketing automation platforms, or e-commerce tools.
• Familiar with dashboarding and data visualization tools such as Qlik and Power BI.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to challenge assumptions, prioritize key drivers of growth, and focus on revenue-impacting insights.
• Skilled in executive-level communication, slide design, and data storytelling.
• Experience in the life sciences or diagnostics industry is a plus.

Twój zakres obowiązków

• Collaborate with business leaders to define key questions, design and run experiments, perform cohort analyses, determine recommended actions, and quantify risk-reward trade-offs.
• Identify untapped opportunities, estimate cross-sell and upsell potential, analyze buyer journeys and purchasing patterns, and flag churn risks.
• Translate complex analyses into concise, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations with clear actions and measurable business impact.
• Develop scalable analytics solutions powered by CRM, ERP, marketing, and web data using SQL and Python.
• Partner with Portfolio, Marketing, Sales, and Digital teams to define success metrics, set performance targets, and embed data-driven decision-making across the organization.
