Minimum 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
Experience on core ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management

Your responsibilities
Analyzing and participating in review sessions – analyzing development needs and taking part in requirement analysis, design reviews, and SCRUM meetings
Creating and maintaining documentation, and technical solution validation before deployment
Developing and administering ServiceNow, including configuration, security, data management, workflow, integrations (REST/SOAP), platform upgrades, and skipped record reviews
Developing solutions, scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, etc.), Flow/Workflow creation, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting capabilities
Ensuring compliance with internal development standards and identifying automation opportunities to improve user experience
Providing support in testing, deployment activities, and mentoring of less-experienced team members
