Our requirements

  • Min. 1 year of experience supporting Windows 10 operating system
  • Proficiency supporting office productivity applications (Office, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Experience using a ticket system for customer service requests
  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting - would be an advantage
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts including (TCP/IP, switches, routers and WiFi) - would be an advantage
  • Fluent in English and Polish – verbal as well as writing
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Courage to fail and learn from failure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-oriented environment
  • Team-oriented person, with can-do attitude

Your responsibilities

  • Correctly triage, categorize and prioritize incoming tickets following best practices within Digital Operations
  • Provide efficient and customer-focused Digital support using various communication channels (95% via ServiceNow ticketing system)
  • Investigate causes of complicated incidents and seeks resolution
  • Escalate of unresolved incidents
  • Actively participate in creation and updating documentation of business processes and knowledge articles
  • Support team members with expertise, share knowledge
  • Closely cooperate with all Hempel Digital departments and 3rd parties
  • Follow established KPIs, and performance goals
