Your responsibilities

Process Consulting & Documentation

Coordinate Quality and Service Management Board meetings Develop and revise policies, processes, and guidelines Conduct compliance checks and follow-ups Support process owners with guidance and training Create awareness and training materials for internal stakeholders Contribute to ISO compliance activities, including management reviews and SharePoint updates

Project Management Focus

Lead or support cross-functional projects within the compliance and process domains Coordinate stakeholders and timelines across departments Ensure alignment between process initiatives and strategic goals Drive initiatives such as the NIS2 implementation project, Business Continuity landscape review, and IMS Board planning Facilitate SCRUM practices including sprint planning, retrospectives, and team coordination Maintain tools like the competence matrix and support onboarding of new team members Manage and deliver both large and small-scale projects or complex tasks that require structured execution and follow-through
