Our requirements

  • Experience in Identity and Access Management Architecture, Security Architecture & governance, risk assessments, design and management reporting.
  • Deep knowledge of the IAM and CIAM framework and industry standard process, Identity Governance, Logical and Privileged Access Management, Role Modelling, Access Recertification, and authentication mechanisms.
  • Familiar with market leader’s products (e.g. CyberArk, SailPoint, Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft AD, Beyond Trust, One Identity) and its implementation in a strong regulated and sophisticated environment.
  • Knowledge and experience with Security technologies, Identity Management platforms, Secure Access Management and Federation, IDAAS (Identity as A Service), Single Sign On, SAML, OpenID ID Connect, OAUTH, multi-factor authentication, PKI and cryptographic solutions, web application firewalls, automated code review tools, Cloud SAAS solutions.
  • Expert analytical, planning and organizational skills, and you are able to connect the dots and navigate in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Committed to achieving business outcomes through collaboration.
  • Able to balance out the longer term and short-term views and implications of different options and paths of action.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn with a proactive working approach.

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of business and technology operating models, planning and cost-benefit analysis, security and risk management, information and data management, systems development methodologies and agile principles and frameworks, and/or IT service delivery, infrastructure and operations.
  • Certified in an Enterprise Architecture framework (e.g. TOGAF) and are familiar with Enterprise Architecture tools – considered as an advantage.
  • Certified in the area of Security (e.g. CISSP, CBCI, GIAC, ISO 22301/27001, LA/LI) – considered as a plus.

Your responsibilities

You will be joining our Security squad and – as an Enterprise Architect – your role will be to define the target and transition architecture and roadmaps for our Security capabilities that provide safety in our interactions with customers, markets and in our own operations.

You will deliver and contribute to the following architectural services:

Strategy Enablement

Assembling and analyzing strategic Business and IT objectives and demonstrating understanding of external industry and market trends, to settle potential impact on the enterprise’s strategy, direction, and architecture Lead analysis of current and future-state capabilities and IT environment to detect gaps and opportunities, assess new technologies, and recommend solutions for improvement to drive the enterprise towards its targeted outcomes. Facilitating Business and IT alignment and supporting the translation into an executable change roadmap that will realize the strategic objectives and deliver the targeted value outcomes, requiring close collaboration with a wide range of collaborators. Delivering target and/or transition architectures and standards and ensuring they are properly maintained and governed, providing viable options and visibility of strategic direction and implications for the enterprise and for steering of delivery.

Strategy Implementation Oversight

Providing transparency on the progress of the capability implementation and alignment with established targets and intended roadmaps. Providing transparency on the evolution of Technology Debt and the planning and implementation of mitigation and remediation actions.

Delivery Planning and Solutions

Developing clear standards, reference architecture patterns, principles and guardrails, through the EA governance model, to support effective and efficient decision-making and provide clarity for delivery initiatives. Collaborating with security, delivery and infrastructure teams to ensure consistency with the enterprise architecture, to use shared technologies, tools and processes where appropriate, and provide continuous feedback towards further evolution

Architecture Advisory

Providing consultative advice and support, adapted to collaborator context, to business leaders and organizational customers who seek actionable recommendations to support decision-making on strategy, delivery, M&A and/or other relevant topics.

Architecture Practice

Collaborating with other architects and supporting delivery of transversal architectural topics and contributing to a positive working environment. Contributing to continuous improvement of architectural practice and effective delivery of architectural services.
