Our requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, working on projects of varying scale and complexity
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking: from research and workshops, through wireframes and prototypes, to polished interfaces for web and mobile apps
• Expert knowledge of Figma, including design systems, libraries, and collaboration features
• Deep understanding of UX principles and proven experience in creating, maintaining, and evolving design systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while keeping quality standards
• Capable of leading design initiatives independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
• Innovative problem-solver with user-centered thinking and strong analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English (min. B2/C1)

Optional

• Agile development process experience
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS web technologies
• Experience with tools such as Axure, Framer, Webflow
• Experience in facilitating workshops with clients and stakeholders

Your responsibilities

• Successful participation in project meetings in English
• Handling all English written communication within and outside the team
• Quality design produced and improved over time (based on trainings and feedback)
• Design tasks finished according to the estimated time (min. 80%)
• Handling all design tasks with minimum support and review
• Assist in refining and enhancing existing designs based on user feedback and analytics
• Involvement in the full design process, solving problems, making decisions and fostering strong collaboration with the rest of the Team
• Design engaging and visually appealing graphics for marketing materials, including websites, landing pages, emails, and social media
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for mobile and web interfaces
• Designing solutions based on business requirements
• Plan and conduct usability tests for both existing and new projects
• Maintain detailed documentation of design processes, decisions, and iterations
• Provide regular updates and reports on design progress and project status
