Our requirements

• Experience with iOS and Android device management
• Familiarity with remote management of Windows OS
• Understanding of Git, VNC, SSH, and remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack)
• Basic IP networking knowledge
• English communication (written and spoken)
• Ability to travel for work to USA and EU (twice a year)
• Authorised to work in Poland without the need for company sponsorship.

Optional

• Scripting experience is a plus (Perl preferred)

Your responsibilities

• Device Updates & Maintenance
• Maintain mobile devices, including OS updates (Android, iOS)
• Install software on Windows machines
• System Troubleshooting
• Diagnose and resolve issues on Windows hosts and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot network issues
