Your responsibilities

• Handling support requests:
• Receiving and logging service requests from users
• Tracking ticket status in the helpdesk system
• Technical support:
• Providing users with technical assistance for software and hardware
• Offering remote and on-site help in solving technical issues
• Diagnosing technical issues:
• Analyzing and identifying root causes of technical problems
• Quickly and efficiently resolving reported issues
• Workstation setup:
• Configuring new computers, installing software, and connecting peripherals
• Creating and configuring user accounts and assigning appropriate permissions
• Hardware testing:
• Verifying the functionality of new and repaired devices
• Ensuring equipment meets technical and user requirements
• IT resource management:
• Recording and monitoring hardware and software inventory
• Managing the IT storage and tracking resource availability
• Technical documentation:
• Creating user manuals and guides
• Updating documentation related to IT system configuration and management
• IT team support:
• Collaborating with other IT departments on projects and troubleshooting
• Assisting in testing new systems and technological solutions
• Office application support:
• Assisting with issues related to office software, such as Microsoft Office
• Installing and configuring applications on workstations
• Software updates:
• Installing patches and new software versions
• Monitoring and implementing available updates
